The only three ingredients you need

I dare you. No - I double-dawg dare you to try this.


Buy these three ingredients at Trader Joe's. Get the curry sauce and coconut milk simmering in pan. Put the salmon in the simmering sauce for 15 minutes, spooning the sauce over the fish.


That's it. Serve with rice and/or a vegetable. If it isn't the best cooked salmon you've ever had, I will... I have no idea. Trust me. You will love it.
